We started Media Arts Training Center, Inc as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in 2008 in the Memphis metropolitan area in Tennessee. We are licensed in Southaven, Mississippi.
Our founders and principals have more than 50 years of combined practical experience in the foundations of electronic media (radio and television) as well as social media production and distribution.
Before founding Media Arts Training Center, Inc, our principal owner worked for Major Market Broadcasting, beginning in 1971. He has worked in Detroit, Michigan; Washington, DC; Savannah, Georgia; and Memphis, Tennessee, where he was a full-time broadcasting teacher for 17 years.
As we bring to the table more than 48 years of experience in the broadcasting industry, we strive to fulfill our passion to bridge gaps in our society.
